Water is the miracle ingredient to your recover from a c-section. Water helps you heal, inside and out. Water helps you provide the milk needed for breast-feeding. Water provides what your body needs to encourage tissue healing and your body to work at its maximum. 

We suggest keeping a tall tumbler full of ice water with you at all times. If you are breastfeeding, grab a fresh tumbler full of water every time you sit down to nurse your baby. Drink a full glass with every meal, too.
